Capital Improvements Committee

This committee will focus on the development of a long-range plan to address the facilities needs across the district. This committee will develop plans for an energy performance contract to address the HVAC needs of the district, a bond to address $50 million of capital work to be done, use of the Capital Reserve Fund that was established in 2018, and building further capacity within the annual budget to address capital needs.
