In accordance with 40 CFR §763.84.c, regard this statement as the district's annual notification to all workers, students and/or their legal guardians that the district continues to maintain its Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) which documents all performed or planned asbestos related inspections, response actions, and post-response action activities, including periodic reinspection and surveillance activities within the school district. A copy of this AMP is available for your review and/or inspection at the district's facilities' office.

Notice is hereby given that the annual inspection for 2024 of the Mandalay Elementary, Forest Lake Elementary, Wantagh Elementary, Wantagh Middle School and Wantagh High School buildings, and any ancillary structures, of the Wantagh UFSD for fire hazards which might endanger the lives of students, teachers and employees therein, has been completed and the report thereof is available at the Facilities Office at 3301 Beltagh Ave. Wantagh, NY for inspection by all interested persons.
