Residents approved Phase II of construction for the Capital Reserve Fund by a vote of 229 to 47.

The proposition presented to voters on Dec. 13, authorized the expenditure of the capital reserve’s remaining $2.75 million without an increase to the tax levy and will target improvements and upgrades of safety and security items; refurbishment of the turf field; upgrades to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; replacement of concrete and asphalt; replacement of floor tiles; locker replacements; electrical upgrades; brickwork, masonry and lintel repair and bathroom upgrades.
