Welcome To Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesday is a district wide initiative designed to increase our knowledge and skills related to taking care of our mental health. Every month students will learn coping skills related to the theme of the month. Each building will engage in developmentally, age appropriate activities that reinforce the months mental health theme.
